 
The Mission assists:
- Namibian Citizens living in the UK who require services such as applications for identity documents, passports, registration of births, copies of marriage, birth and death certificates. It also attends to welfare matters within its jurisdictional confines.
- Foreign nationals wishing to visit Namibia either temporary or permanently.

- Application for Visa - (£28 within 3 working days) – (£56 for same-day processing)
- Application for New Passport * – (£20) – (£40 when passport is damaged, lost or expired. Note that the fee for applicants who submit passports within a month to expiry date is £40).
- Application for Passport Renewal – (£20) *
