President D.R. Hage G. Geingob visited the United Kingdom to deliver an address at The Burj CEO Summit, that took place at the House of Lords – London. His Excellency Dr. Hage G. Geingob, President of the Republic of Namibia was honoured with the African Leadership, at he Burj CEO Club Awards. President Geingob was the only African leader invited to deliver

On 30 May 2019, Ms Linda Scott presented her letters of Credentials to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II accrediting her to the United Kingdom as High Commissioner of the Republic of Namibia to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.

The presentation was followed by a Vin d’Honneur at Chandos House beside the Chancery. The occasion was attended by several Heads of Mission or their representatives as well as the Secretary-General of the Commonwealth, Baroness Patricia Scotland and friends of Namibia.
