Notice of Closure: Bank Holiday on Monday & Tuesday

The Namibian High Commission wishes to inform all visitors and applicants that the office will be closed on Monday 25/08 and Tuesday 29/08 in observance of the upcoming Bank Holiday.

Normal operations will resume on Wednesday [30/08] at 09:00 AM.

Visa Applications & Consular Services

• If you are planning to submit a visa application or require other consular services, please make the necessary arrangements before Friday [insert date].

• Applications and documents received after office hours on Friday will be processed once the High Commission reopens on Wednesday.

• Kindly allow for the usual processing times when planning your travel.

Office Hours from Wednesday Onwards

• Monday – Friday: 09:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• Monday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM

• Weekends & Public Holidays: Closed
