• Note Verbale from the applicant's Diplomatic Mission/Organisation stating the full identity of the visa applicant and the position within the diplomatic Mission or family links with an official( the grounds for him/ her holding a diplomatic/ official passport), the full details of the travel document, and finally the purposes and dates of the stay in Namibia;
• Official invitation letter from Namibia

Holiday/Tourist Visas

• Visa application Form (IN CAPITAL LETTERS AND BLACK INK)
• Passport (Original). The passport must have at least Six (6) months validity from the intended date of return (date you plan to leave Namibia) and at least Three (3) or more blank pages;
• Current Passport Photo x1 that is not less than 3 months
• Proof of flight bookings or means of transport
• Travel Insurance
• Proof of accommodation OR Invitation letter signed by inviter with their proof of Namibian Identity/Document or Proof of accommodation bookings
• Proof of Visa fee

Visas to Attend: Workshops/ Meetings/Exploring of business opportunities
