The High Commission assists citizens of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Ireland, Malta, Cyprus and Greece.
Please note that Application Process commences on receipt of your current passport with all required supporting documents at the Mission either by post or at the counter.
It is preferable to apply in a person at the High Commission, unless the applicant are residence of Ireland, Greece, Malta, Northern Ireland or Scotland.
All correspondence must include a prepaid envelope for the return of the relevant documents.

Apostille application.
After internal consultation pertaining to the need to charge for this service, the ministry requested Treasury to grant it permission to charge a fee of N$250.00 per application. Treasury responded positively to our request and in terms of section 22(b) of the State of Finance Act of 1991 granted our Ministry permission to commence charging for apostille applications.
From the 1st of December 2019, apostille applications from foreign missions will not be accepted without payment of the required fee.
